Some of the East Coast's best quality seafood is caught in the pristine waters offshore Martha's Vineyard, but a lot of it travels off island to far away markets.

Our most recent initiative aims to educate island visitors, residents and members of the local food industry on what's locally caught, and where and when they can purchase local seafood.

 

The Seasonal Seafood Guide of Martha's Vineyard enables seafood lovers to easily distinguish and source island seafood for their next dish and to support the island's family fishing operations.

Our aim is to create a thriving seafood system that benefits local fishermen and fish markets, by boosting local demand for their catch, and to bring fresh, top quality seafood to your table.
